Heat, Water and Outdoor Suitability
Heat, sunlight, water and load can change how a printed part performs.
Heat
PLA may soften in hot environments such as a closed car. Never assume a product is heat-safe unless the listing gives an explicit temperature or use statement.
Water and outdoors
A part may tolerate splashes without being watertight. UV, temperature cycling and moisture can degrade colour and strength. Use outdoors only where the product is described as suitable.
Food contact
No item should be treated as food-contact safe unless the specific listing clearly says so and gives cleaning instructions.
