How We Make Our Products

The decisions behind a finished Gorilla 3D print.

Design and test

Models are checked for useful dimensions, strength, print orientation and ease of use. Prototypes expose the things a screen cannot.

The model is converted into machine instructions with settings chosen for the material and job. The printer builds it one layer at a time.

Supports are removed, edges and moving features are checked, assemblies are completed and the item is packed for dispatch.

Products will appear here as the first Gorilla 3D collections are completed.
