How Gorilla 3D handles its designs and customer-submitted work.
Gorilla 3D material
Unless stated otherwise, site copy, original graphics, photographs and Gorilla 3D product designs are protected. Purchase of a physical item does not transfer reproduction or manufacturing rights.
Customer submissions
Submitting a design grants only the limited permission needed to review, quote and manufacture the agreed order. The customer confirms they hold the necessary rights. Different ownership terms for commissioned design work must be agreed in writing.
Rights concerns
Send a clear notice to info@axiom-ne.co.uk identifying the protected work, the material concerned and your authority to act. Content or work may be paused while the issue is reviewed.
