Staging legal draft
This page is a working template, not legal advice. Before launch, Gorilla 3D must add its legal trading identity, postal address, delivery prices, returns address, tax status and any other required business details, then obtain an appropriate legal review.
Quote and specification
A quote should identify the model revision, material, colour, quantity, finish, tolerances, price and estimate. Work outside that specification may require a revised quote.
Customer responsibility
- Describe the intended use and relevant risks accurately.
- Supply accurate dimensions and critical tolerances.
- Confirm ownership or manufacturing permission.
- Review proofs or prototypes promptly.
- Do not use a print for an undeclared safety-critical purpose.
Design work and files
Any design fee, ownership, permitted use, confidentiality, file retention and future revisions must be agreed in writing. Gorilla 3D may refuse unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable work.
